This slow flow vinyasa yoga class will focus on combining movement and breath in a low-impact sequence that encourages relaxation, stretching, and gentle strength building. It is open to all experience levels, from beginners to advanced.
Yoga mats will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own. Comfortable clothes that allow for movement are recommended. Please consider bringing blankets or other props to be used for modifications. Blankets are a great way to adjust the yoga practice for your comfort!
